Classes Terms and Policies

RESCHEDULING POLICY

I understand that if I need to change my class date, I must arrange the change at least 2 weeks in advance of the class date I chose. Date changes need to be approved by Global Color Analysis. For any date changes made less than 2 weeks prior to class, there will be a rescheduling fee equal to 20% of the course cost.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

I understand reproducing training or copying any training materials created for class is not acceptable and is a direct violation of copyright law. I also understand the course materials are for personal use only.

I understand all components of the Global Color Analysis system and palettes are protected by copyright law. Unless given written permission or having purchased a limited-use license, all components of the system and palettes are not to be reproduced in any form.

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS POLICY

I understand that technology will be used both for the class and coaching after the class. It is my responsibility to be technologically proficient to be successful in the course. I understand that I will need to have a laptop or tablet to use during the course.

I understand there will be no refunds or course retakes if I am unable to view or participate in the virtual course due to technological issues on my end, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, device malfunctions, inability to use required software or platforms, or failure to follow instructions. I am responsible for ensuring my internet connection, device, and required software/platforms meet the course requirements and for testing my setup beforehand.

COURSE MEDIA GUIDELINES

I understand short videos (less than 1 minute) and photos are welcome during the course and are encouraged to be used for social media purposes. Otherwise no recording or videoing of the course is allowed. I understand that I will receive permission from individuals before recording or photographing them.

This course is a fully immersive, real-time experience. To respect the privacy of attendees, recordings will not be provided, and participants are prohibited from recording any part of the event.

Attendees found recording may be removed from the event.

DIGITAL BADGE POLICY

*Please note you are always welcome to list that you were certified through Global Color Analysis on your resume or professional profiles.

I understand upon certification, I am permitted to use Global Color Analysis digital badges only while actively using Global Color Analysis-approved color analysis methodologies and products. If I choose to use a different color analysis methodology or products, I must immediately discontinue use of the badges.

MEDIA RELEASE

I irrevocably grant Global Color Analysis and Becky Pepito permission to use photos and videos of me taken during the course, including my image, likeness, and in group settings, for any promotional, educational, or social media use, in any media, worldwide and forever, without compensation or right of approval.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

I understand there are no refunds or cancellations of this course. All terms, conditions, and policies as listed on globalcoloranalysis.com are in effect.

COURSE ACCESS AND COMPLETION AND PAYMENT OBLIGATION

I understand I will have 12 months from the date of purchase to complete the course. Even if I select a payment plan, I am required to pay the full course fee in its entirety, regardless of attendance, completion, or participation. No refunds or cancellations are permitted for any reason. Certificate of completion will not be received until the course has been completed and I have paid in full.

I understand that if I chose a class date that requires online work prior to the training date, I commit to completing the online work prior to the training dates. I agree to reschedule my training dates at least 2 weeks prior to the date if I haven't completed the online work.

ONLINE COURSE PARTICIPATION POLICY

To receive certification for this course, I understand my camera must be turned on for the entire class and I must fully participate without distractions. I will approach the virtual course just as I would an in-person course by giving it my undivided attention, as active engagement is required throughout to qualify for certification. I understand the course will be taught exclusively in English, and all participation must also be in English.

I understand this course includes a complimentary website and photoshoot (in-person in USA only) as part of my enrollment. These are provided as additional benefits at no extra charge. No cash equivalent, refund, or credit will be issued if I do not participate in or receive these bonus features for any reason. Please note the photoshoot bonus is only offered when attending the class in person in Texas or Utah.

I understand this course includes a complimentary website, drape stand, mirror, and analysis light as part of my enrollment. This is provided as an additional benefit at no extra charge. No cash equivalent, refund, or credit will be issued if I do not participate in or receive these bonus features for any reason.
