Why 22 Palettes?

Through years of practice and research, it was apparent that more "seasons" or palettes were needed for the diverse global population. No longer did a simplified system meet the needs of the color analysis industry. The 22 Palette System evokes confidence that every client will have a harmonious palette.

Our systematic approach to personal color analysis combines both seasonal and tonal palettes. While combining these methods is not new, our application is more inclusive and encompassing.

Using the frame work of 16 seasons + 6 tonal directions, we created an impressive 22 distinctive palettes. Each of the 22 palettes boasts an unprecedented 120+ colors, ensuring everyone has a wide array of colors to wear and love!

President

Becky Pepito has been a visionary force in the beauty industry for nearly two decades.
With extensive experience as a makeup artist and mineral cosmetic crafter, Becky's color expertise is comprehensive. Her numerous certifications and licenses, including Certified Image Consultant, Certified Color Consultant, Licensed Master Esthetician, and Licensed Esthetic Instructor, showcase her commitment to education and beauty.

Becky's impressive journey includes roles as former director of The Skin Institute, founder and CEO of Royal Image (formerly Sandstone Image Consulting and Cosmetics), and co-founder of Global Color Analysis™. However, her true mission goes beyond titles and achievements.

As a heart-centered instructor, Becky is devoted to empowering women to embrace their unique beauty and find lasting peace and confidence within themselves. Her unwavering dedication to helping others succeed in color and image sets her apart.

In her spare time, she enjoys Regency romance novels, kitchen dance parties, bubble baths, and spending time with her four boys and adoring husband.

Brenda Sherman

Vice President

Brenda has been captivated by color since her youth. As an award-winning artist and Certified Color Consultant, her expertise played a pivotal role in the development of the Global Color Analysis™ system and palettes.

In addition to being a committed young mother, she has contributed to the creation of a color system designed to transform the world and assist every woman in discovering her place within a harmonious and beautiful palette.

When Brenda is not developing stunning new colors or engaging in training within our global system, she can be found at her homestead, working in her orchard or caring for her animals.If you are particularly fortunate, you may have the opportunity to acquire a commissioned art piece from her.
