Becky Pepito is the cofounder of Global Color Analysis and cocreator of the GCA 22-palette color analysis system, a framework designed to help individuals discover the colors that naturally harmonize with their unique coloring. With more than 20 years in the beauty industry and 8 years specializing in image consulting and personal color analysis, Becky has dedicated her career to helping people use color to enhance confidence and authentic self-expression.
A licensed esthetic instructor and former Director of Education at a vocational esthetics school, Becky has extensive experience developing curriculum and training beauty professionals, including mentoring instructors on effective teaching methods. Today she leads the Global Color Analysis certification and trainer programs, preparing consultants not only to perform professional color analysis, but also to become educators who can train the next generation of color analysis professionals.
Through her work as an educator, consultant, and speaker, Becky continues to elevate professional standards in the color analysis industry while promoting a deeper understanding of color as a powerful tool for harmony, confidence, and personal expression.
