GCA 2026 Consultant Retreat

LODGING: Your lodging is covered with your purchase. Please be sure to choose your room choice at checkout. Please note that private bedrooms may or may not have a private bathroom. Please note that shared rooms may or may not have more than one bunkbed per room.

FOOD: All meals held at the retreat house will be covered in your purchase. We will do our best to accommodate special diets. During checkout, please list what specific diet accommodations you need. Any meal not held at the retreat house will be the responsibility of the attendee.

ACTIVITIES: All activities held at the retreat house, and some specified later on, are covered in your purchase. Any activity, including shopping will be the financial responsibility of the attendee. *Entry to "The Color Factory" and the cost of iris photography are included in your purchase. 

TRAVEL: All travel required to and from the retreat and during the retreat is the financial responsibility of the attendee and is not included in this purchase. There will be multiple activities where a car will be required to travel to the off-site activities. The attendee is responsible for all parking costs. We recommend coordinating with other attendees for travel.

Cancellations and refunds are not offered for this event listing. 

With approval from Global Color Analysis, you are allowed to sell your ticket to another GCA certified consultant. 

You will required to sign a liability waiver and release form to attend this event. If you choose to not sign the liability waiver and release form, you will not be allowed to attend and you will not be issued a refund.
