If you need to cancel your session, kindly do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to receive a refund. A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Cancelling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 50% refund only. If you do not show to your appointment, a refund will not be issued. Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. For any questions, or to reschedule or cancel, please contact us. Please no children at appointment unless they are also receiving a paid service. By booking a color analysis session, you acknowledge that the results and guidance provided by Global Color Analysis LLC are for informational and stylistic purposes only. Global Color Analysis LLC shall not be held liable for any personal style choices, financial expenditures, or purchasing decisions made following the consultation. You remain solely responsible for your own shopping habits and any expenses incurred based on the recommendations provided during or after the session.
